Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Operations Team Lead (Intelligence).

Key Responsibilities

• Translate strategic goals into scalable execution plans focused on profitability margin optimization
• Lead operational coordination and methodology, ensuring alignment with Trust & Safety and intelligence-driven delivery models
• Build and mentor a high-performing Operations team while managing the Delivery budget and performance tracking

Required Qualifications

• Proven intelligence background or experience in cyber, intelligence, or Trust & Safety domains
• 3-5 years of experience in building and optimizing business processes with a focus on automation
• 3 years of experience leading Operations or Project Management teams
• Strong orientation toward documentation and knowledge management
• Experience working with budgets and cost-aware operations
