Delivery Partner

Job Summary

To ensure efficient service delivery, the remote Delivery Partner working CST hours will manage day-to-day operations, maintain quality client service, and oversee vendor and client interactions across multiple product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily delivery of products and services while ensuring compliance with contractual deliverables
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures for efficient operations and implement process improvements
• Facilitate communication and problem resolution between hiring managers, vendors, and staffing agencies regarding temporary requisitions and worker-related issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• 3+ years of experience in Management Service Provider (MSP) client services, account management in staffing, or full-cycle recruitment
• Experience with VMS platforms, preferably MagnitVMS
• Knowledge of contingent workforce programs, staffing vendors, or payroll operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
