Delivery Partner

Job Summary

To support complex solution delivery and enhance client satisfaction, the full-time Delivery Partner will manage client engagements, oversee multiple delivery teams, and drive strategic planning and implementation of technology-driven solutions, with options for remote or hybrid work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and implementation of complex solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing contractual commitments and delivery timelines
• Provide technical leadership by proposing innovative solutions and conducting architecture reviews to ensure market differentiation

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT services/consulting or solution delivery management, with 5 years focused on complex solutions
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic solutions, preferably with a background in IT consulting or project management
• Experience in leading geographically distributed delivery teams and managing client relationships
• Proven ability to identify organic growth opportunities within existing accounts
