Delivery Partner

Job Summary

Working remotely in the PST time zone, the full-time Delivery Partner will manage the efficient delivery of services to clients, ensuring quality client service and operational efficiency across various product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of products/services and maintain quality client service
• Implement and update Standard Operating Procedures to enhance operational efficiency
• Facilitate communication and issue resolution between hiring managers, staffing suppliers, and workers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• 3+ years of experience in Management Service Provider (MSP) client services, account management, or full cycle recruitment
• Experience with VMS platforms preferred
• Familiarity with contingent workforce programs, staffing vendors, or payroll operations
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
