Delivery Partner

Job Summary

Working remotely during EST hours, the full-time Delivery Partner will manage the efficient delivery of services, ensuring quality client service and day-to-day operations while collaborating with vendors and client hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of Magnit's products/services, maintaining quality and meeting contractual deliverables
• Implement and enhance processes to improve operational efficiencies and maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures
• Facilitate temporary requisition fulfillment and manage relationships with staffing suppliers and hiring managers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• 3+ years of experience in Management Service Provider (MSP) client services, account management, or full cycle recruitment
• Experience with VMS platforms, particularly Fieldglass, is preferred
• Knowledge of contingent workforce programs, staffing vendors, or payroll operations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
