Delivery Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Specialist to support service delivery for the Retiree Health Solutions Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end enterprise service delivery, including agent pre-onboarding and certifications
• Manage projects and coordinate with clients, carriers, and third parties
• Monitor service-related metrics and identify process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word and Excel)
• Working knowledge of administrative systems and collaboration tools (WebEx Teams, Microsoft Teams)
• Ability to work effectively in a team and remote environment
• Experience in handling escalations and report analysis
