Delivery Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Specialist responsible for processing, monitoring, and supporting electronic file exchanges.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise regarding data files/interfaces to internal and external users
• Monitor production jobs, restart failed jobs, and perform defect analysis and correction
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new processes to enhance customer service

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field
• Knowledge of SQL language and ability to perform audits on high volumes of data
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, with the ability to navigate proprietary systems
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in coordinating activities with clients or vendors for file/interface implementation
