• Preparing comprehensive appeal packets summarizing case history and documentation
• Providing total claim management, including pay and leave instructions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Able to learn and apply new skills
• Experience in leave of absence processing and customer service functions
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
