Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Implementation Managers to enhance Delivery Infrastructure efficiency
• Optimize processes and tools while providing support on established procedures
• Create and maintain project and team utilization reporting to improve stakeholder communications

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivery infrastructure optimization and process improvement
• Experience with Microsoft documentation tools (e.g., Visio, PowerPoint)
• Experience with project management and reporting tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
