Delivery Strategy and Operations Lead
Job Summary
To build a stronger Value Services Operations organization, the full-time remote Principal Delivery Strategy and Operations Lead will manage complex problem-solving, develop business processes, and create analytical frameworks to support decision-making across teams.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Services Sales and Delivery leaders to transform broad questions into actionable plans
- Design and implement business processes to enhance the Services Delivery Operations, focusing on root causes and long-term solutions
- Partner with analytics and technical teams to develop models that support effective decision-making and identify opportunities for advanced analytics
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy & operations, or business operations
- Proven ability to solve complex multi-team problems and engage with senior/executive leaders
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools like Power BI or Sigma
- Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to evaluate second- and third-order effects
- Experience in Professional Services, consulting, or subscription-based businesses is a plus
