Delivery Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Success Manager - Legal Tech for the East Coast region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide implementation oversight to ensure alignment with standards, timelines, and customer expectations
• Drive resolution of partner and customer issues by identifying risks early and ensuring they are fully addressed
• Monitor partner performance and conduct delivery readiness assessments to confirm independent delivery readiness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with NetDocuments or other legal business technology is required
• 2+ years of experience implementing Document Management Solutions for law firms
• 2+ years of experience in customer or vendor account management
• Working knowledge of SaaS implementation concepts related to cloud, security, and integrations
