Job Summary

Leading a team of associates, the full-time Delivery Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery while collaborating with internal leadership and external clients to drive performance and improve processes remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of a team handling complex business and technical support functions
• Supervise and develop a team of 20+ employees, providing ongoing feedback and performance monitoring
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and analyze escalations to implement solutions for operational challenges

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid processes, systems, and industry practices
• Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and align teams toward shared goals
• Analytical mindset with the capability to identify trends and solve complex problems
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
