Job Summary
Managing end-to-end project delivery, the remote Delivery Support Lead will ensure alignment with client goals and quality standards while acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams for ERP implementation projects.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Coordinate communication between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to align on project objectives
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and prepare updates for senior management and client stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project or delivery management, focusing on solution design and enterprise-level projects
- Preferred Project Management Designation (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- Prior experience in a large consulting firm or technology consulting organization is highly desirable
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., IFS, SAP, Oracle) and EAM, Manufacturing modules preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
