Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Delphi/AMISYS Developer to design, develop, test, and enhance applications supporting healthcare payer operations, while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop, enhance, test, and support Delphi-based applications for healthcare payer operations
- Support AMISYS application functionality and resolve issues related to claims and payer business processes
- Analyze claims processing issues and develop effective solutions while documenting technical designs and procedures
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hands-on Delphi development experience in a healthcare payer environment
- Experience with AMISYS or similar core payer administration platforms
- Strong understanding of claims processing workflows and related operational processes
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered
