Delphi Software Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Developer - Delphi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance Delphi code in applications, troubleshooting and providing technical solutions
• Analyze user requirements, write efficient code, debug applications, and ensure software performance and stability
• Integrate applications with databases, maintain legacy systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field from an accredited institution
• 10 years of expert-level experience in Software Development, with at least 8 years in Delphi
• Strong knowledge of Object-oriented concepts and Delphi (6/7 thru XE10)
• Significant experience with DB2 back-end tools
• Experience in developing and maintaining complex insurance/underwriting applications using Delphi preferred
