Deltek Cobra EVM Implementation Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Deltek Cobra Earned Value Management Implementation Lead for a fully remote engagement, responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Deltek Cobra to support Earned Value Management in compliance with ANSI/EIA-748, including cost/schedule integration and government reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the implementation lead for Deltek Cobra, managing the end-to-end configuration and rollout of the EVM solution
• Document cost, EVM, and reporting requirements from functional users and subject matter experts
• Design and configure Cobra structures and support integration with scheduling and accounting systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, information systems, or a related field
• 8+ years of project controls or Earned Value Management experience, with at least four years of experience implementing Deltek Cobra
• Strong understanding of Earned Value Management principles and ANSI/EIA-748 guidelines
• Experience configuring Cobra structures and producing government EVM reporting
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into a configured application solution
