Deltek Costpoint Business Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance system efficiency and support project accounting workflows, the full-time remote Deltek Costpoint Business Analyst will manage ERP system improvements, oversee implementation of enhancements, and provide user support across finance and operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Drive ERP system changes and serve as the internal subject matter expert for Deltek CostPoint
- Partner with Finance and Operations to design and implement improved workflows and maintain system modules
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making and ensure data integrity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis or ERP system administration
- 5+ years of experience in a Deltek, SAP, or Oracle environment
- Working knowledge of data structures, integrations, and SQL
- Strong understanding of business processes within government contracting or regulated industries
