Deltek Vantagepoint Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Deltek Vantagepoint Implementation Analyst, the candidate will manage data migration and system integration, ensuring data integrity and optimal system configuration while serving as the primary subject matter expert in the Vantagepoint environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver end-to-end data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) pipelines from legacy environments into Deltek Vantagepoint
• Own the configuration, mapping, and execution of data loads using the Vantagepoint Data Import Utility
• Audit, clean, and reconcile complex relational datasets while developing validation scripts to verify post-migration financial balances and project histories

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of direct experience with Deltek Vantagepoint (or advanced Deltek Vision) backend architecture and data schemas
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Management (SSMS, Profiler, SSRS), Excel, ODBC, and complex SQL scripts
• Proven experience executing at least one full-lifecycle ERP data migration using the Vantagepoint/Vision Data Import Utility
• Solid understanding of project-based accounting, work breakdown structures (WBS), billing, revenue, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP)
• Demonstrated ability to execute large-scale data projects independently in a fully remote environment
