Demand Controller

Job Summary

Collaborating in person four days a week with one flexible remote day, the full-time Demand Controller will ensure the accuracy and transparency of short-term demand execution by analyzing customer forecasts and sales orders while coordinating with various departments to manage demand adjustments.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and stability of the short-term execution signal (2-12 weeks)
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Production Scheduling to clarify short-term demand adjustments
• Track and monitor demand performance metrics, providing visibility into customer demand behavior

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related analytical field
• 2-4 years of experience in demand planning, customer service, or supply chain analysis
• Experience with demand planning or forecasting systems, such as Kinaxis or SAP IBP
• Solid experience with ERP systems
• Proactive and accountable with a customer-focused mindset
