Job Summary

To drive qualified leads and revenue, the full-time Demand Generation ABM Specialist will plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, oversee Account-Based Marketing strategies, and manage HubSpot for marketing automation in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated campaigns to drive top-of-funnel leads and optimize campaign performance
  • Identify high-value accounts and design personalized ABM playbooks to engage target accounts effectively
  • Administer HubSpot for marketing automation, ensuring proper tracking of leads and maintaining data hygiene
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role with a focus on demand generation and/or ABM
  • Hands-on experience administering HubSpot or equivalent marketing automation platforms
  • Proficient in marketing analytics, data reporting, and segmentation strategies
  • Understanding of B2B buying cycles, SaaS products, and complex sales funnels
