Job Summary
Supporting marketing and pipeline growth efforts, the full-time Demand Generation Associate will execute campaigns to generate qualified leads and sales opportunities, working remotely while managing digital advertising initiatives and optimizing campaign performance.
Key responsibilities
- Support the execution of demand generation campaigns across paid search and LinkedIn Ads
- Manage and optimize campaigns within Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms to improve lead generation performance
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including leads, conversions, and ROI
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience in digital marketing
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or paid advertising roles
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads is required
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Salesforce/Pardot
- Understanding of key marketing metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates
