Job Summary

Owning the execution of demand generation campaigns, the full-time remote Demand Generation Campaign Manager will manage inbound lead nurturing, coordinate sales outreach, and oversee campaign performance reporting to optimize the sales funnel and enhance collaboration between marketing and sales teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and optimize HubSpot nurture programs to convert inbound leads into sales-ready conversations
  • Coordinate outbound messaging and account-based plays with the sales development and account executive teams
  • Produce weekly performance reports and maintain clean campaign infrastructure in HubSpot and Salesforce
Required qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in demand generation, campaign management, or marketing operations in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including managing workflows, lists, and reporting dashboards
  • Direct experience working with sales development teams to align marketing and sales efforts
  • Familiarity with Salesforce at the campaign and opportunity level for data hygiene and reporting purposes
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and provide actionable recommendations
