Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager / Director of Demand Generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize the full marketing automation lifecycle, focusing on Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot
  • Build and manage email nurture campaigns, lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign workflows
  • Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness, lead performance, and conversion metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing automation, demand generation, or growth marketing
  • Proven expertise with 5+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Pardot
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and digital marketing KPIs
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to build reports and dashboards
