Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Demand Generation Engineer, this remote position will build and execute demand generation programs for B2B clients, utilizing HubSpot and Google Ads to enhance campaign performance and connect execution to business outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and execute demand generation programs to attract, convert, and nurture target audiences
- Manage and optimize Google Ads Search campaigns, including keyword strategy and performance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective campaign execution and reporting
Required qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or paid media
- Proficient in HubSpot Marketing Hub and Google Ads, particularly Search campaigns
- Understanding of how marketing activities connect to sales processes and pipeline stages
- Experience in creating campaign messaging, including emails and landing pages
- Curiosity about AI and marketing technology to enhance campaign efficiency
