Job Summary
A company is looking for a Demand Generation Lead to build and operate a campaign engine that drives marketing-sourced pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and operate integrated campaign engine across digital, lifecycle, and account-based programs
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns including product launches, webinars, and nurture programs
- Track campaign performance and optimize programs based on pipeline generation and ROI
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in demand generation or integrated campaigns at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience running integrated campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong understanding of pipeline generation and marketing's role in revenue outcomes
- Experience collaborating with sales teams on outbound or account-based programs
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
