Job Summary
A company is looking for a Demand Generation Lead to execute multi-channel programs that drive engagement and generate qualified pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and run multi-channel demand generation programs to engage target buyers and generate qualified pipeline
- Own campaign execution across core distribution channels, focusing on continuous testing and optimization
- Track, analyze, and optimize performance across campaigns and channels to improve pipeline quality and conversion
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, and social
- Strong analytical skills for tracking and optimizing campaign performance
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with brand, content, and sales teams
