Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Generation Lead to execute multi-channel programs that drive engagement and generate qualified pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and run multi-channel demand generation programs to engage target buyers and generate qualified pipeline
  • Own campaign execution across core distribution channels, focusing on continuous testing and optimization
  • Track, analyze, and optimize performance across campaigns and channels to improve pipeline quality and conversion
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, and social
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking and optimizing campaign performance
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with brand, content, and sales teams
