Job Summary
To drive pipeline and revenue targets, the full-time remote Demand Generation Lead will design and execute high-impact marketing programs, build attribution infrastructure, and manage budget for paid campaigns while collaborating with sales and marketing leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the demand generation strategy and execute marketing programs to achieve pipeline and revenue goals
- Own the design and implementation of attribution and measurement infrastructure, including lead qualification and account-based marketing programs
- Develop and manage the pipeline forecast, measuring the impact of marketing initiatives and optimizing them continuously
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or developer tools environment
- Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce, including campaign management and marketing contact enrollment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to design measurement models and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in budget management and a results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and output quality
