Job Summary

To drive pipeline and revenue targets, the full-time remote Demand Generation Lead will design and execute high-impact marketing programs, build attribution infrastructure, and manage budget for paid campaigns while collaborating with sales and marketing leadership.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the demand generation strategy and execute marketing programs to achieve pipeline and revenue goals
  • Own the design and implementation of attribution and measurement infrastructure, including lead qualification and account-based marketing programs
  • Develop and manage the pipeline forecast, measuring the impact of marketing initiatives and optimizing them continuously
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or developer tools environment
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce, including campaign management and marketing contact enrollment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to design measurement models and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in budget management and a results-driven mindset
  • Familiarity with AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and output quality
