Job Summary
Building Runlayer's paid acquisition engine from the ground up, the full-time Demand Generation Lead will manage paid ads, landing pages, SEO/AEO, and growth experimentation in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and run paid acquisition campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels
- Own landing page strategy and production for campaigns and paid traffic, including ABM
- Drive SEO and AEO as AI search becomes a core lead source
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in demand generation or growth marketing at B2B SaaS, infra, or developer tools companies
- Proven track record building paid acquisition programs from scratch for high-ACV enterprise sales
- Strong experience with paid ads across Google, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
- Data-driven with comfort in attribution models, funnel analysis, and pipeline reporting
- Experience in landing page and conversion optimization
