Job Summary

To drive lead generation and pipeline growth, the fully remote Demand Generation Lead will design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns while collaborating with marketing and sales teams, requiring occasional travel within the USA.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns aligned with sales priorities and target personas
  • Define and track campaign KPIs, leveraging analytics to measure effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to synchronize messaging and lead flow between campaigns, webinars, and product tours
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, preferably in technology or government sectors
  • Proven success in managing email marketing, webinars, and digital funnel optimization
  • Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (Pardot or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with a data-driven mindset
