Job Summary

Seeking a Head of Demand Generation, the full-time remote leader will own the full pipeline function strategy and execution, manage a two-person team, and drive marketing investment into revenue.

Key responsibilities
  • Set and achieve pipeline and MQL targets
  • Develop and implement a full-funnel strategy across various marketing channels
  • Manage budget allocation and performance reporting while ensuring alignment with sales on lead quality
Required qualifications
  • 6-8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation
  • At least 2 years of team management experience with coaching skills
  • Proficiency in managing paid performance and marketing systems
  • Strong data analysis skills, including dashboard creation and budget justification
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools
