Job Summary
Owning the top and middle of the marketing funnel, the full-time Demand Generation Manager will build, execute, and optimize go-to-market and digital marketing programs to generate qualified pipeline and accelerate sales cycles in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design coordinated go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature releases in partnership with Sales and Product Marketing
- Build and execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy, managing paid media budgets and digital campaign operations
- Develop and maintain the marketing tech stack, ensuring clean data flow and reporting on funnel health and channel performance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience
- Proven track record of building and scaling demand programs from scratch
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Deep fluency in paid media, particularly LinkedIn and Google
- Strong analytical skills for building attribution models and making data-driven budget decisions
