Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize and execute integrated campaigns for the Enterprise market segment, managing the implementation process
• Collaborate with the partnerships team to develop partner marketing activities
• Own lead and pipeline metrics, analyze campaign performance data, and optimize programs based on insights

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth, preferably in the medical industry
• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred
• Proven track record of successful demand generation campaigns leading to measurable growth
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo; experience in Jira is a bonus
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
