Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Generation and Growth Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute inbound and outbound demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth
  • Build and manage marketing operations, optimizing tools, workflows, and processes for scale and efficiency
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing clear insights and recommendations


Required Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of hands-on demand generation experience
  • Proven experience driving demand at early-stage or startup environments
  • Strong command of modern marketing and sales tech stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo)
  • Ability to operate independently as an individual contributor with minimal supervision
  • Hands-on experience across both inbound and outbound marketing motions
