Demand Generation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Generation Manager, Health Plan & Channel Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute partner demand programs to drive employer engagement through health plans and strategic partners
• Collaborate with various teams to create and implement integrated campaigns that generate qualified opportunities
• Own campaign execution and measurement, optimizing strategies based on performance data

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree
• 4-6 years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or benefits
• Experience marketing to health plans, PBMs, or large enterprise benefits buyers
• Demonstrated experience in building and executing partner campaigns
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and data tools
