Job Summary
A company is looking for a Demand Generation Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and develop outbound strategies
- Design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns to generate high-quality leads
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and provide insights for improvement
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in outbound marketing, demand generation, or B2B sales development
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Creatio)
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and lead nurturing techniques
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is preferred
