Job Summary
A company is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own and execute the demand generation strategy for mid-market and enterprise segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the marketing-sourced pipeline target and develop demand generation strategies across the buyer journey
- Build and run ABM and intent-based playbooks to engage high-fit accounts at scale
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality execution of campaigns and optimize performance analytics
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B demand generation, particularly in mid-market and enterprise sales
- Proven track record of managing a marketing-sourced pipeline in a SaaS environment
- Experience with ABM, intent-based targeting, and thought-leadership campaigns
- Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo for data enrichment and automation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
