Job Summary
A company is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own and execute the demand generation strategy for mid-market and enterprise segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the marketing-sourced pipeline target and develop the demand generation strategy across the K-12 buyer journey
- Build and run ABM and intent-based playbooks to engage high-fit accounts and manage budget allocation across channels
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure quality execution of campaigns and optimize performance analytics
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in K-12 education or similar sales environments
- Proven track record of owning a marketing-sourced pipeline and delivering revenue impact in a SaaS company
- Experience developing and executing ABM and event playbooks targeting K-12 buying committees
- Proficiency with tools like ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and Salesforce for data enrichment and workflow automation
- Analytical skills to interpret data and build actionable plans for funnel optimization
