Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own and execute the demand generation strategy for mid-market and enterprise segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the marketing-sourced pipeline target and develop the demand generation strategy across the K-12 buyer journey
  • Build and run ABM and intent-based playbooks to engage high-fit accounts and manage budget allocation across channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure quality execution of campaigns and optimize performance analytics


Required Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in K-12 education or similar sales environments
  • Proven track record of owning a marketing-sourced pipeline and delivering revenue impact in a SaaS company
  • Experience developing and executing ABM and event playbooks targeting K-12 buying committees
  • Proficiency with tools like ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and Salesforce for data enrichment and workflow automation
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and build actionable plans for funnel optimization
