Job Summary

Data-driven and creative, the full-time salaried Demand Generation Manager will own and accelerate pipeline growth through multi-channel campaigns, lead lifecycle management, and collaboration with Sales, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including Paid Social, SEM, Email, Events, and Content Syndication
  • Continuously optimize campaigns using data-driven insights and A/B testing to improve conversion rates and ROI across the full funnel
  • Qualify inbound leads, oversee automatic qualification, and ensure seamless handoff to Sales while collaborating on lead quality and conversion goals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4-7 years of experience in a Demand Generation role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through integrated marketing programs
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong command of paid channels with demonstrated ROI management
