Job Summary
Owning the strategy and execution for lead generation, the full-time Demand Generation Manager will drive inbound leads for OWC Jellyfish, aiming for $10M in annual revenue while working remotely or from either the Austin, TX or Woodstock, IL locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Track, analyze, and optimize monthly lead growth to achieve over 607 qualified inbound leads annually
- Create and publish content, including at least 2 case studies and 4 blog posts monthly, while managing a content calendar focused on customer pain points
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Web Development to align messaging and refine targeting
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in demand generation, content marketing, or growth marketing, preferably in B2B technology or media/creative tools
- International mindset and experience in developing campaigns across multiple regions and cultures
- Proven ability to build and execute content programs that generate measurable pipeline
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, and marketing analytics
- Experience with sales teams and CRM/marketing automation platforms
