Job Summary
Owning the inbound growth system, the full-time Demand Generation Manager will manage the conversion funnel from initial traffic to sales-ready conversations, utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency and coordinating closely with the SDR team in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full inbound conversion system, identifying funnel leaks and prioritizing fixes
- Build and optimize HubSpot nurture programs tailored to specific audience segments
- Coordinate marketing programs with SDR outbound efforts, ensuring alignment and effective communication
Required qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proficiency in HubSpot, including building workflows and managing lead scoring
- Experience working with SDR or sales development teams
- Strong data literacy with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing performance
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in marketing operations
