Job Summary
Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as the Head of Demand Generation, responsible for building and managing the demand generation functions, executing integrated campaign strategies, and owning pipeline metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Build and run the full demand generation engine including inbound, outbound-assist, ABM, field, and digital strategies
- Define and execute integrated campaign strategies targeting enterprise buyers in document-intensive industries
- Own pipeline metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, and revenue influence while managing the marketing tech stack
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in B2B demand generation, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Experience building demand generation functions from scratch at a growth-stage company
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, particularly HubSpot
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
