Job Summary

Owning the paid channels and nurture programs, the full-time remote Demand Generation Manager will create market interest and generate qualified leads for the enterprise sales team while collaborating closely with the VP of Marketing on demand generation execution.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage B2B paid digital strategy and execution across search, social, and display channels
  • Develop user acquisition and lead generation programs targeting enterprise brand marketers and SMB advertisers
  • Oversee demand generation reporting, analyzing pipeline contribution, CAC, and channel efficiency
Required qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing, preferably in a startup or B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of running paid campaigns that successfully generate pipeline
  • Strong data fluency and analytical skills, with the ability to manage attribution and performance analysis
  • Experience operating across both enterprise B2B and self-serve/SMB marketing motions
  • Ability to translate GTM briefs into actionable channel plans with minimal guidance
