Job Summary
Owning the demand generation strategy, the full-time remote Demand Generation Manager will build and manage Google Ads campaigns, develop email nurture programs, and establish key performance indicators to drive qualified inbound leads for the company.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute the demand generation strategy focused on paid search and digital advertising
- Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns targeting auto repair shop owners
- Hire and develop a small demand generation team while creating processes and reporting structures
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, paid media, or digital marketing at a B2B SaaS or technology company
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Performance Max, and Display
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through paid digital programs
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM or marketing automation platforms
- Experience managing direct reports and developing team members
