Job Summary
Seeking a highly experienced Demand Generation Manager, Email Campaigns, to strategically own and scale email and lifecycle marketing programs in a full-time capacity, focusing on architecting nurture ecosystems that convert prospects into revenue while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the strategy and execution of end-to-end email and lifecycle marketing programs, designing sophisticated nurture pathways aligned to buyer stages
- Serve as the in-house expert on Oracle Eloqua, managing system architecture and optimizing complex program canvases and lead scoring models
- Write high-performing email copy and develop testing frameworks to enhance engagement and conversion across all funnel stages
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Typically 8+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and nurturing
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle Eloqua and marketing automation architecture
- Proven experience in building complex, high-performing nurture programs
- Exceptional writing skills with a strong understanding of messaging that drives action across the buyer journey
