Job Summary
Owning the execution of demand generation programs, the full-time Demand Generation Manager will drive pipeline growth through multi-channel campaigns, optimize conversion rates, and track campaign performance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) programs to drive pipeline across key segments
- Optimize landing pages, forms, and campaign messaging in collaboration with Web and Product Marketing to maximize conversion rates
- Monitor campaign ROI and pipeline velocity, providing insights to marketing leadership for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing focused on demand generation and customer acquisition campaigns
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or technology company environment
- Deep expertise in at least 2 growth channels such as Paid Social/Search, ABM tools, or Email Marketing
- Strong working knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems like HubSpot and Salesforce
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and marketing teams
