Job Summary
Driving full-funnel demand generation initiatives, the full-time remote Demand Generation Manager will plan and execute integrated campaigns across various channels to generate new business pipeline while collaborating closely with Marketing Operations, Sales, and Content teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across paid search, paid social, content syndication, email nurture, webinars, and events
- Manage campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization to enhance conversion rates and lead quality
- Build and maintain campaign performance reporting, including MQL volume and channel ROI
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of B2B demand generation experience with a focus on pipeline metrics and multi-channel campaigns
- Proficiency in paid search, paid social, marketing automation, and Salesforce
- Experience using web analytics tools for campaign performance monitoring
- Foundational understanding of B2B buyer journeys and intent-based marketing
- Ability to write performance-oriented copy and provide creative direction to teams
