Job Summary

Data-driven and execution-focused, the full-time remote Demand Generation Manager will own and scale the pipeline engine by developing multi-channel demand generation programs, managing marketing automation, and analyzing funnel performance to convert marketing-qualified leads into sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation programs across various platforms
  • Own the full marketing funnel from awareness to MQL-to-SQL handoff, ensuring quality and volume
  • Manage campaign execution and lead management in Pardot, maintaining data integrity and performance reporting
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, preferably in enterprise technology or SaaS
  • Hands-on expertise with an enterprise marketing automation platform, preferably Pardot
  • Deep proficiency in Salesforce CRM for campaign tracking and pipeline reporting
  • Proven track record of building programs that generate measurable pipeline
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in building reports and interpreting funnel data
