Job Summary

As Astra's first Demand Generation Manager, the full-time remote position will manage integrated campaign strategies and execution to drive pipeline growth through multi-channel marketing efforts, including LinkedIn, email, and account-based marketing.

Key responsibilities
  • Plan and execute multi-channel demand campaigns that convert content into qualified pipeline
  • Build and manage a tier-one target account program, coordinating personalized outreach with sales
  • Track and report on marketing-sourced pipeline metrics to prioritize future investments
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of demand generation or growth marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech
  • Experience in running account-based marketing programs and multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong campaign copywriting skills for ad copy, nurture emails, and social posts
  • Proficiency in CRM systems for building nurture workflows and campaign reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
