Job Summary
Leading a team of demand generation marketers, the full-time remote Marketing Manager, Demand Generation will develop and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels to drive pipeline and revenue growth while leveraging AI technologies for enhanced performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of demand generation marketers while establishing clear goals and performance expectations
- Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy, planning, and execution of multi-channel campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance data and optimize strategies based on insights to improve pipeline and revenue contribution
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on demand generation
- 1-3 years of people management experience
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through integrated campaigns
- Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve marketing performance
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
