Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage paid acquisition campaigns across Google Search, PMAX, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on budget pacing and optimization
  • Drive MQL volume and quality, optimizing campaigns towards downstream outcomes like SALs and closed deals
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance using Salesforce, Tableau, and Mixpanel to track ROI and pipeline impact
Required Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of B2B demand generation or performance marketing experience
  • Proven experience managing paid media end-to-end, including budgets and optimization strategies
  • Expert-level experience with Google Ads and strong experience with LinkedIn Ads
  • High data fluency with the ability to pull and interpret data from various platforms
  • Autonomous, execution-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results
